release

Every PAINFUL experience carries lessons that are ONLY activated when we release our JUDGMENT about the experience.

Stuff happens. (most of it a while ago)

While you might not want to forget (and lose the lesson), you can certainly forgive.

What!??

Forgive that so-and-so for that horrible thing they inflicted??

Well... why not?

Hanging on to the energy of anger and resentment may feel like a safe idea, and you may feel like you draw power from that anger...

but perhaps that's only because you haven't experienced what Life is like without hanging on to all that pain.

Imagine climbing an ice wall with a backpack full of rocks, while someone below is throwing stones at you.

This is what life feels like while we hold on to to shame, blame and anger at someone's actions.

You can forgive - quickly and powerfully.

Forgiveness is a SUPERPOWER of growth and spiritual development.

Why not forgive those who have hurt you...

For they did the best they could with what they knew at the time, and anyway, you aren't forgiving them for THEM...

You are forgiving for YOU.

Find the seed of forgiveness and make sure to forgive YOURSELF.

It's possible You may have screwed up.

It's possible You might have been able to avoid what happened.

But what's done is DONE.

It Is Over.

Forever... unless you choose to keep it alive in that beautiful brain and body of yours.

So why not consider letting the past be IN the past?

The pain of the experience can fade into an unreachable memory, allowing you to be the proud owner of a very important Life Lesson that can even impact the lives of thousands or eventually millions of people.

You are NOT MADE OF PAIN.

You just get to experience the effects of either holding it or releasing it.

I invite you to try the releasing route... it's life changing.

:-)
