Here's the rest of the email I started sending you yesterday...

And what happened next changed everything...
All of a sudden, I saw myself clearly...
Clearer than I ever have.
And I saw Her clearly too.
I saw how the very thing I'd been so terrified of in our relationship was really just Freedom, disguised by societal norms to look like something shameful and embarrassing.
I had been so caught up in my own Fear of Disapproval and Need of Approval In the First Place that I couldn't see that the woman I fell in Love with was not the one I was forcing her to be, out of my own pride...
And on the flip side, she was forcing HERSELF to try and be that shadow of her true self because she was terrified of the idea of Life without me.
But we were both holding on so tight to our ideas of what was right that we never gave ourselves the chance to see what was Right For US.
Out of Fear.
Our Love was conditional...
But not anymore :-)
You see, after the ridiculous whirlwind of revelations about myself (which was both wonderful and a huge pain in the ass, like a much needed Soul Massage) I let go of everything.
Let go of Her.
Let go of what other people might think of me.
Let go of what might happen after this...
And once I did that, Let go of all my FEAR...
In the quiet, calm of my parents' living room (I was visiting home btw) I remembered one of your videos...
The one about L.O.V.E.
Letting Others Voluntarily Evolve.
I finally got what you meant...
And I couldn't stop smiling.
Because I realized that I had the Power to give her a Freedom she would never ask for, and never be complete without...
And she'll Love me for it.
The MOST.
No one else, none of the other guys I might threaten myself with in my mind, would ever compare to me once I gave her that freedom to experience Life as she is moved to.
And in return, she will grant me the same Freedom, and follow me to the ends of the Earth, no matter which wacky, unpredictable road I might lead her down.
She came downstairs after a while (I sat up writing until about 5 AM) and I told her as much as I could fit in before Sleep put an end to my rant.
Then we slept, and woke up to something completely New.
...Sorry, that was kindof a long email.
I had Elderisms shooting through my head throughout the whole experience, so it felt like you were already involved, and I thought I should fill you in ;-)
Thanks for providing the context for what was probably the biggest Upgrade I've ever experienced!
I'm so pumped to see what the future holds, and you bet your ass I'm going to revisit TUL 3.0 now that I got all the ego and fear our of my ears!

Like I said yesterday, that kind of breakthrough experience is the whole reason I send these emails, post on facebook, record videos, give trainings, and teach seminars...
