No matter what's happening around you... No matter what's going on in the world...
You are in control of your emotions.
In a life-or-death situation, you have the choice of either succumbing to Fear and becoming helpless...
Or putting it out of your mind, so that you can actually SURVIVE.
Every day Fear is no different... except for the fact that the OBJECTS of your Fear...
Are not an IMMEDIATE threat to your survival.
So the Fear you feel around them is Self-Generated.
It's an expression of the POWER of your Mind...
And it's an Experience you can choose to live without.
