Make them feel SEEN, HEARD, and truly KNOWN by you...
And they will instantly feel a deep level of Rapport with you.
And once that bridge has been built, they will be open and EAGER to hear what they have to say...
Because you have already given them what they really want:
Confirmation that they Matter.
After you give them that, they'll hang on your every word :-)
