exercise for instant joy

Friend,
 
Here's a quick exercise for experiencing Joy quickly and easily:
 
Step 1 - What's something you can Appreciate about Right Now about YOUR life?
 
It can be anything...
 
The clothes you're wearing, the feeling of the breeze on your skin, your clean house, the thriving life of the coffee shop...
 
Just zoom in on something about your experience that you can be happy about.
 
Step 2 - How are you Responsible for having this Experience?
 
You chose it.
 
You successfully took control of some aspect of your life - by making the money, and choosing the clothes, for example, or by putting yourself in a position to feel the breeze, or sit in the coffee shop.
 
You acted as The Creator of Your Own Experience.
 
As The Hand Of God in Your Own Life.
 
And the result is something you can be Happy about.
 
How COOL is that?!
