Do you GO to parties?
Or do you THROW the parties?
Do you WAIT for invitations?
Or do you CREATE the invitations?
One of my first mentors in the martial arts taught me the difference between those instructors who had massive success...
and those who struggled day after day.
He told me,
"The difference between the winners and the losers is NOT how good they are in the ring...
It is NOT how good they are as a martial artist. It is not even how great they are at teaching...
The difference is simple.
The reason why some people in our industry drive Mercedes and BMW's while others are still driving that beat up 1999 Honda...
The difference is in HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY ARE INVITING every day to participate in what they are doing."
I got that lesson in a big way.
And pretty soon got rid of that old Honda ;-)
So tell me...
Where are YOU waiting?
Waiting is boring compared to the thrill of creating.
And it's EXPENSIVE.
So instead of waiting, what if you just went first and started something, or decided to become a part of something that you believe in?
There are many ways to be at CAUSE, not at the mercy of inertia.
Your future self will thank you.
